This brand is named after its founder.
In the early 20th century, they were known as “the Lazzarettis”! Like many Italians back then, the Lazzaretti family – who had serious pasta expertise – settled in Avignon in 1936.
Over the years, this Italian family was adopted in Provence.The Lazzarettis immediately enjoyed great success with their workshop making traditional pasta – thanks to the master pasta craftsmen’s magical know-how.

Today, Lazzaretti organic pasta is still made the artisanal way by their small family firm.
